According to the official website, the cut-off to appear for JEE Advanced 2017 was 81 for general category students while the cut-off for OBC-NCL, SC, ST and PwD students was 49, 32, 27 and 1 respectively. The cutoffs for JEE Advanced in 2016 were comparatively less, for example the opening rank for Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering was 2609 and the closing rank was 4714 for the general candidates. It was similar for other courses offered by IIT Delhi.
